Savoury pie crust

There's many ways of preparing the savoury pie crust. I've found this recipe in the Thermomix cookbook. It's quite an elastic dough and I've enjoyed preparing it on many occasions. Interesting fact? It has wine as an ingredient.

Ingredients

  • 300g of flour

  • 100ml of white dry wine

  • 60ml of olive oil

  • 1tsp of salt

  • 1tsp of pepper 

  • if you wish you can also add some ground herbs such as oregano, thyme and rosemary

Procedimento

  1. In a bowl mix the oil, wine, salt, pepper and if you wish the herbs you have chosen 

  2. knead in the dough until smooth 

  3. let the dough rest for 10 minutes

  4. roll out the dough for a tart of the diameter of approximately 24-26cm 

  5. poke the bottom with a fork and fill it as you prefer - in the savoury section there's some ideas

  6. bake for 20-30minutes at 180°C
